Inspired from our first release of the Carbon Drip Nakiri Knife, we upgraded the look by creating an exclusively unique handle on each piece making each knife one of one. Our stunning Technicoloured 'Carbon Drip' Nakiri Knife has been hand forged with Japanese AUS10 high carbon steel, and manually sharped with 16 degrees cutting edge. Our 'Carbon Drip' Nakiri Knife features a hammered finish to the blade, and a coloured natural wood handle. A Nakiri Knife is perfect for home cooks as well as aspiring chefs for quick and efficient chopping, slicing or mincing of vegetables and fruit.
