Our stunning Technicoloured 'Carbon Drip' Nakiri Knife has been hand forged with Japanese AUS10 high carbon steel, and manually sharped with 16 degrees cutting edge. Our 'Carbon Drip' Nakiri Knife features a hammered finish to the blade, and a coloured natural wood handle.
