Our latest release from our range of Carbon Drip Knives. This is our Emerald Carbon Drip II series. The blade has been hand made from two types of steel, with a hard carbon 9Cr18MovDamascus steelat the core and multi-layerof a softer steel on the outside.
Because of the use of two metals, the blade offers great resistance to rust along with excellent sharpness and long-lasting performance in the kitchen. The handle is made from stabilized wood that resists moisture, while the finish shows off the beautiful grain of the wood. Also mixed into the wood is the beautiful emerald green resin, set perfectly for a stunning wave effect.
