Our latest release from our range of Carbon Drip Knives. This is our Ruby Carbon Drip II series. The blade has been hand made from two types of steel, with a hard carbon 9Cr18Mov Damascus steel at the core and multi-layer of a softer steel on the outside. Because of the use of two metals, the blade offers great resistance to rust along with excellent sharpness and long-lasting performance in the kitchen.

The handle is made from stabilized wood that resists moisture, while the finish shows off the beautiful grain of the wood. Also mixed into the wood is the beautiful Ruby red resin, set perfectly for a stunning wave effect.
